Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyEasyScheduler (the "Service"), provided by MyEasyScheduler LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("MyEasyScheduler," "we," "us"). By creating an account, or by booking an appointment through a business's MyEasyScheduler booking page, you agree to these Terms.

1. What MyEasyScheduler is

MyEasyScheduler is a booking and customer-management platform for small service businesses. These Terms apply to two kinds of users:

  • Business Users — a business and its staff who register an account to manage their own services, staff, and appointment calendar.
  • Customers — people who book an appointment with a Business through that Business's public booking page. Booking as a Customer does not create a MyEasyScheduler account or password; you provide your name, phone number, and (optionally) email for the sole purpose of that booking.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Business account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Business User responsibilities

As a Business User, you're solely responsible for: the accuracy of your service listings, pricing, and business information; your own policies toward your Customers (cancellations, no-shows, refunds, etc.); and complying with the laws that apply to your own business, including any obligations you have toward your Customers' personal information. MyEasyScheduler provides the platform — it is not a party to the relationship between you and your Customers.

4. Fees

MyEasyScheduler does not currently process payments through the Service. Any fees for using the platform are arranged directly between you and MyEasyScheduler outside the Service. This section will be updated if and when in-app billing becomes available.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another Business's data, accounts, or customers without authorization
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Upload harmful code or content, or harass Customers or staff

6. Intellectual property

MyEasyScheduler owns the Service itself. You retain ownership of the content you provide (service descriptions, branding, and the information about your own Customers).

7. Termination

Either of us may terminate a Business account at any time. Upon termination, we may delete your account data after a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it by law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyEasyScheduler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you or your Customers are located.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
